VTL for oil and gas

VTL works with oil and gas owners from offshore production platforms, gas processing plants and LNG terminals to refineries and petrochemical complexes – supplying hazardous-area certified electrical, instrumentation and control equipment together with design, installation and maintenance services.

• Explosion-proof electrical equipment from Eaton Crouse-Hinds: lighting, enclosures, switches and cable glands certified to ATEX/IECEx.
• Intrinsic safety from Eaton MTL: zener barriers, MTL4500/MTL5500/MTL4850 HART isolators, fieldbus barriers and Ethernet IS.
• Surge protection for signal, fieldbus, data and power lines at gas stations, valve stations and platforms.
• Hazardous-area workstations from GECMA: PCs, displays and keyboards for Zone 1/2.
• Measurement and flow: custody-transfer metering, pressure, temperature and level (Liquid Controls, Faure Herman, Azbil, Baumer).
